Hope of Salvation

Good morning

Scripture reading: 1 Peter 1:3-13

Worship song: There is Hope in the Lord

Meditation:

There are times when we experience hardship, ongoing failures, disappointments, discouragements, bitter woes, declining health, shattered dreams, tragedies, and broken promises. Most if not all of us have had moments when we feel completely hopeless, just going through the motions, merely existing. But where do you find hope when all around us seems hopeless? Where do you seek hope when you feel as though you have lost it all? Where do you find hope in the face of uncertainty? Who do we run to when we encounter the pressures of life? Who do we turn to when all earthly hopes are fading? We run to the rock that is higher than us and seek refuge in the God of hope. We take our issues to the God of comfort, who can fill us with joy and peace so that we may abound in all hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. We cast our burden upon the Lord who can sustain us, the God of our salvation who will never suffer the righteous to be moved. We run to the rock of salvation, Jesus Christ, because hope has found him. Regardless of what you are facing and regardless of how you feel, find solace in the fact that God loves you so much that he gave His only begotten son so you can obtain the most precious gift given to man, everlasting life. Remember, look to Jesus Christ, for in him you will find hope. All your help comes from Him.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, our only hope is in you, Lord. Almighty God, in times of despair, when our backs are against the wall, we seek asylum and solace in you, O God, the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our troubles. Overwhelmed by the chaos and the tragedies that befall us, mighty God, we seek refuge in you, O God. Shelter us from the storms of life, mighty God, and let your peace and joy fill our hearts and give us hope. Move hastily in our midst, Father God, and renew our mindset, restore our hope, O God, and fill us with life anew. Breathe afresh upon us, mighty God, and let the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and our minds. Father, God of all hope, we run to you when all hope is lost, and we lay prostrate before you until we are consumed by the power of the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus Christ as we give you thanks, worship, and adore you. Amen. (Child of the King).

Have a wonderful day. Keep safe. 💕🙏

Satan sometimes seek to deceive us to that feelings that is transitory, easy passes away not lasting but knowing the Lord we don't fall for his cunning devise.
All our help comes from the Lord. This we know and so it is. We seek Him in all we do. In all our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our path. Let us find solace in Him as we continue to build our relationship with Him.
