Can't Give Up Now
Good morning Scripture reading: Hebrews 11:1-6 Worship song: We Come This Far By faith Meditation: When we encounter difficulties, our first instinct is to give up, but how can we turn back now that we have come this far by faith? We were never told that the road to salvation would be easy. We were never told that there wouldn't be obstacles in our path. We were never told that we would not be tempted and tried. We were never told that we would not face tribulations, but we were told that nothing would be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord. Once you become a child of God, be prepared to face persecution and tribulations. Be prepared, for the enemy will launch his fiery darts at you. He will try to defeat your purpose, but fear not, nor be dismayed; the Lord will strengthen you and help you to overcome all your challenges.
