Good morning Scripture: Ephesians 4: 22-32 Praise song: Wounded soldiers   Meditation:      Those who have been hurt often inflict pain on others, not out of malice, but because their own unresolved suffering causes them to become defensive and withdrawn. This deep-rooted sorrow can lead them to lash out seemingly without reason, a behavior that is a reflection of their own struggles rather than a deliberate attempt to harm. Their painful past makes them guarded, and they may push others away as a way of coping with their internal chaos.       While you may be eager to move past the pain, genuine recovery from such betrayal does not happen instantly. It is a gradual process that requires patience with yourself as you navigate through your emotions.
