Good morning Scripture Reading: Romans 8:26-31 Worship Song: God Will Work It Out Meditation: We are misled into believing that when we accept Jesus Christ as our Saviour, all our troubles will go away and our lives will be perfect, but this is not the reality. In this world, we will be tested by the enemy, and we will have tribulation, but we must remain courageous and be of good cheer for he who dwells within us has overcome the world. God did not promise we would not encounter hardship. He did not promise we would have a perfect life here on earth. What he promises is his peace and that he will never leave nor forsake us. Consider Job, a man of integrity, seen by God as perfect and upright, a man who eschewed evil, yet faced unimaginable trials as detailed in the book of Job.
