To highlight his gratitude for God's divine protection, King David recited a victorious psalm of celebration, praising God for delivering him from all his adversaries and dispersing those too mighty for him, including Saul. David glorified God recognizing Him as his fortress, rock, deliverer, shield, refuge, Savior, high tower, and the horn of his salvation. D avid's acknowledgment and appreciation for God's divine interception of the enemy's strategies should motivate us and cause us to reflect on the divine work of God in our own lives, prompting us to offer sacrificial praises for God's protection and strength.
