Jesus Christ To The Rescue
Good morning Scripture Reading: Romans 5 Worship Song: Rescue Meditation: Life's challenges can be overwhelming, leaving a trail of bittersweet memories in their wake. Heartaches, broken pieces, shattered dreams, and ruined lives are the reasons Christ died on Calvary's cross. Jesus Christ chose to die and endured chastisement to demonstrate his love for humanity. He came to redeem us from the bondage of our iniquities, liberate us from spiritual captivity, and bring light to a dark world. He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. He came not to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved. He came to seek and save the lost, to preach repentance to sinners, to serve, to fulfill the laws and the prophets, and to bring assurance to a hopeless world.
