Humble Beginning
Good morning Scripture Reading: Matthew 18:1-5 Worship Song: Cry For Humility Meditation: When the disciples asked who the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven is, Jesus gently taught them that true greatness isn't about power but about humility. He explained that to enter the Kingdom, requires us to become like little children. Jesus taught two fundamental principles required to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The principles of conversion and remaining humble emphasized the need for meekness and surrendered obedience to God, much like a child's trusting dependence. Conversion involves a shift in perspective and a change in desire, moving away from worldly pursuits and aligning oneself with God's will. And to be humble is to display meekness or modesty in behavior, attitude, or spirit, not arrogance or pride.
