Good morning Scripture reading: 2 Peter 3 Hymn: Redemption Draweth Nigh Meditation: Many religious teachings interpret the increase in disasters, diseases, and wickedness plaguing the land as an indicator that the end of the world is near. However, scoffers fail to associate these occurrences as signs; instead, they ridicule this belief, arguing that such issues have existed since the beginning of creation. Individuals may perceive these events differently; nonetheless, Scriptures remind us that just as it was in the beginning, so shall it be at the end. In Luke 21, during His sermon on the Mount of Olives, Jesus explained how one may discern that the kingdom of God is near.
