An Influenced Mind

When we allow ourselves to be persuaded by flattery, praise, and compliments, we risk letting our lives be fashioned by others' opinions instead of our convictions. We must remember that Satan is a master of manipulation, seeking to invade and control our thoughts to influence our actions. We must be able to discern and recognize deceptive influences. When we focus our minds on Christ, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will safeguard our minds.
