Overcome Temptation
Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 4: 1-13 Worship song: God Of All My Days Meditation: Satan and his demonic forces were actively monitoring Jesus, gathering information to use as a weapon against Him. Recognizing the exhaustion of His flesh after forty days of fasting, and knowing that Jesus was at his weakest point, the enemy seized the opportunity to initiate intense temptation. Realizing his planned mission failed, Satan retreated temporarily to wait for a more favorable moment. The enemy plans to attack believers and try to interrupt God's plan for us. No child of God is exempt from temptation; and no temptation will overtake you except what is common to humans, however, God is faithful and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.
