It is common for individuals who do not share the same spiritual understanding to mock or deride what they cannot discern or comprehend. Their reaction often results from an inability to recognize the spiritual power at work in your life, not a failing on your part. Jesus Christ was ridiculed, not because he failed, but because the people did not understand His potential; therefore, they lacked faith in Him. Jesus consistently fulfilled His promises, yet the people did not truly know Him, nor did they take the time to observe and learn from Him before mocking. They were unaware of his capabilities and the power he possessed.
