Humble Beginning
Good morning Scripture Reading: Matthew 18:1-5 Worship Song: Cry For Humility Meditation: Today, we reflect on a pivotal moment when the disciples questioned who was greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Seeking clarity, they approached Jesus. In response, Jesus emphasized that unless one is converted and becomes humble like a little child, he will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus used two essential phrases to explain to the disciples the distinction required to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus made it clear that one must be converted and be humble as a little child. Conversion involves a change in thinking and desire, moving away from worldly pursuits and aligning with God's will. And to be humble is to display meekness or modesty in behavior, attitude, or spirit, not arrogance or pride.
