Those Who Mourn
Good Morning Day of Prayer - Those who mourn Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted. Matthew 5:4 Worship Song: I Am Not Alone Let us pray: Omnipresent, Everlasting Father, I raise a hallelujah to you, O God, for comforting those who mourn. Father, in the depths of our hearts, we carry the weight of sadness and the ache of mourning. Almighty God, we acknowledge these emotions for they are a testament to the love we held for those we have lost and the pain of their absence in our lives. Almighty God, when tragedies strike, when we feel hopeless, and when we can't understand why our loved ones are taken, I pray that we will find solace in you, Lord. Father, in our mourning, grant us strength and help us bear the heavy weight of our sorrow. In difficult times, in times of bewilderment, wrap your loving arms around us like a blanket, mighty God.
