Sin is Not Welcome There
Good morning Scripture reading: 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Worship song: Ready or not Meditation: Sin is defined as acting or behaving in a manner that does not conform to God’s character or commands. As it is written, whosoever sins transgresses against the law of God. Sin is an inevitable aspect of humans' lifestyle; however, to enter the Holy City, the New Jerusalem prepared for the righteous, one must be washed and sanctified in the blood of the Lamb. No individual bearing the stain of sin will be allowed to enter the New Jerusalem. Heaven is a sacred place, filled with glory and grace. All within its gate are purified from defilement. Only those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life will gain admittance through the pearly gate. To dwell in the mansion Jesus has gone to prepare, you must undergo spiritual cleansing from sin and have the life of Christ within, because sin is not welcome in the city of holiness....
