Sin is Not Welcome There

Good morning

Scripture reading: 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

Worship song: Ready or not

Meditation:

Sin is defined as acting or behaving in a manner that does not conform to God’s character or commands. As it is written, whosoever sins transgresses against the law of God. Sin is an inevitable aspect of humans' lifestyle; however, to enter the Holy City, the New Jerusalem prepared for the righteous, one must be washed and sanctified in the blood of the Lamb. No individual bearing the stain of sin will be allowed to enter the New Jerusalem.

Heaven is a sacred place, filled with glory and grace. All within its gate are purified from defilement. Only those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life will gain admittance through the pearly gate. To dwell in the mansion Jesus has gone to prepare, you must undergo spiritual cleansing from sin and have the life of Christ within, because sin is not welcome in the city of holiness.

Do not yield to sin, lest you become its servant; instead, surrender yourselves to God and obey His commandments so that you may be counted among the chosen. By yielding to Jesus Christ, He will purify your heart and deliver you from the dominant power of sin.

Let us pray:

Eternal Father, You are the Most High God; holy and righteous, that's what You are. Almighty God, I rejoice and give You thanks for Your redeeming blood, Your loving kindness, and Your tender mercies towards us. Almighty God, I am grateful to You because through Your precious blood, we are pardoned, and all our sins are washed away. Father, I acknowledge that sin cannot enter Your holy city; therefore, I request thorough cleansing of our minds, bodies, and souls. Almighty God, conquer the forces of evil and the spiritual enemy that is warring against our souls. Let not sin reign in our mortal bodies, that we should obey its lust. Divine Savior, weaken the stronghold of the flesh, bind the spirit of deception, and release us from its bondage. Deliver us, O God, and grant us freedom from satanic stronghold. Heavenly Father, we surrender every broken area of our lives to You. Grant us a renewed mind and a heart that seeks holiness and righteousness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

Wishing you a peaceful day. ✌💕🙏
