Justified by His Blood
Good Morning Scripture Reading: Romans 5 Worship Song: O The Blood Meditation: To be justified means to have a solid, just, and reasonable foundation. This was illustrated in the powerful narrative of Jesus Christ, who embraced the role of savior and mediator for sinners. Jesus had a valid and unwavering reasonable basis for his sacrifice on the cross. His unconditional love and compassion for mankind led him to Calvary, where He willingly laid down his life to redeem and liberate us from bondage. Before Christ, we were separated from God, living as enemies in our sinful nature, but through Him, we are allowed to be reconciled. Sin and holiness cannot dwell together, so for us to enter the presence of a Holy God, we must first undergo a period of sanctification.
