Justified by His Blood
Good Morning
Scripture Reading: Romans 5
Worship Song: O The Blood
Meditation:
To be justified means to have a solid, just, and reasonable foundation. This was illustrated in the powerful narrative of Jesus Christ, who embraced the role of savior and mediator for sinners. Jesus had a valid and unwavering reasonable basis for his sacrifice on the cross. His unconditional love and compassion for mankind led him to Calvary, where He willingly laid down his life to redeem and liberate us from bondage.
Before Christ, we were
separated from God, living as enemies in our sinful nature, but through Him, we
are allowed to be reconciled. Sin and holiness cannot dwell together, so for us
to enter the presence of a Holy God, we must first undergo a period of
sanctification. Only through Jesus Christ can we be sanctified by the renewing
of our minds and the purification of our hearts. Though Jesus Christ died for
all sinners, we can only be redeemed and free from the punishment of sin when
we acknowledge and accept Him as our Lord and Saviour. The choice is ours, so
choose wisely.
Let us pray:
Sweet Holy Spirit, I pant after you this morning like the
deer that pants after the water brook. My soul thirsts for you, O God, in this
dry and thirsty land. Saturate me in your presence, O God, and let your flesh
anointing fall upon me in this hour. Almighty God, I realize that there is no
place for unholiness in your Kingdom, and so, Lord, I leave all my flaws,
weaknesses, immoralities, iniquities, and sins at the altar of prayer. Purge,
purify, and sanctify me through your precious blood, mighty God. Break, mighty
God, my self-will until I am completely submissive to you, Lord. Father, set me
free from that which held me bound, that which controls my thoughts and heart.
Move swiftly in my midst, mighty God, and ignite my spirit with your holy fire
that cannot be quenched. Seal me, O God, with your stamp of approval and hide
me in your secret pavilion so that the enemy cannot gain access to me in the
mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.
Have a wonderful day. Keep safe. 💕🙏
I am free, free praise the Lord we are free, no longer bound no more chains holding us. We can breathe fresh air when we are justified. It is one of those things the liberated can experience and better yet express in their rejoicing.
ReplyDeleteWith all the provisions we have from the Lord, who else deserves our worship.
Let us give Him all our praise and best. Blessings.
