When Faith is Exemplified
Good morning Scripture reading: Proverbs 3:5-6 Worship song: Trust in The Lord Meditation: We put our trust in a pilot, someone we know nothing about, and we put our trust in drivers, yet we don't know how capable they are to maneuver the vehicle. Consider the person who sails the ship; we trust him to navigate us where we need to go, and we believe he is experienced and capable of handling any situation as we make our way to our destination, yet we fail to trust the God who controls everything. How is it that we trust a total stranger to take us through storms in the air, on land, or at sea, yet we find it hard to trust God, who controls the wind and the storm? We fail to trust God, the one who made heaven and earth with his great power and stretched-out arm, who assures us there is nothing too hard for him to do.
