Faith Makes a Difference
Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 8:41-55 Worship song: Keep the Faith Meditation: God's power, applied through one's strength, leads to restoration no matter the challenge you are experiencing, whether physical or spiritual. Faith without works is dead, and without faith, it is impossible to please God. Whoever approaches God must believe in his existence, his work, and his power, believe that all things are possible, and believe that he rewards those who diligently seek him. Many can relate to the story of the woman with the 12-year condition who spends all her resources without relief. The determination of the woman to seek healing led her to where Jesus was ministering. Unlike Jairus, the ruler of the synagogue who was waiting until Jesus finished his mission to come to his house, the woman sought immediate healing.
