Living Yet You Are Deceased
Good morning Scripture reading: Romans 6 Praise song: Jesus, He Rescued Me Meditation: You might enquire, 'How can I be living, but deceased?' Living a life detached from Christ entails being in a state of spiritual death. Anyone who has not accepted Jesus resides in a condition of spiritual brokenness and exists outside of God's grace. This ultimately results in damnation and separation from God, leading ultimately to eternal death if reconciliation is not achieved. The most profound meaningful purpose in life is attained through committing one's life to Jesus Christ, for without Him, we are hopeless. If you find yourself in a state of spiritual death due to trespasses and sin, and consumed by sinful nature, God had the power to redeem you. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. By choosing to follow Jesus Christ, sin will no longer control your life, for those who accept Christ, will be provided with a banquet table spre...
