Living Yet You Are Deceased

 Good morning

Scripture reading: Romans 6

Praise song: Jesus, He Rescued Me

Meditation:

You might enquire, 'How can I be living, but deceased?' Living a life detached from Christ entails being in a state of spiritual death. Anyone who has not accepted Jesus resides in a condition of spiritual brokenness and exists outside of God's grace. This ultimately results in damnation and separation from God, leading ultimately to eternal death if reconciliation is not achieved. The most profound meaningful purpose in life is attained through committing one's life to Jesus Christ, for without Him, we are hopeless. If you find yourself in a state of spiritual death due to trespasses and sin, and consumed by sinful nature, God had the power to redeem you. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. By choosing to follow Jesus Christ, sin will no longer control your life, for those who accept Christ, will be provided with a banquet table spread with grace, mercy, love, and peace. Acceptance of Jesus Christ does not imply the absent of struggle; rather it mean you will have the Savior and the Holy Spirit to assist you enduring tribulations and hardships. By choosing to live for God, you receive the gift of eternal life. Your past mistakes no longer define you; you have been made new.

Let us pray:

Almighty God, in your presence there is fullness of joy, therefore, this morning I dwell in Your presence to be renewed and sustained by Your divine grace. Father, I thank You for rescuing me when I was sinking deep in sin, far from the peaceful shore. I pray, O God, that You extend mercy to the lost souls, rescue the perishing, and care for the spiritually dying. I especially pray, O God for my loved ones, that you will transform their minds and renew the right spirit within them, Lord. Almighty God, sin is sweet and enticing, but let this be a constant reminder that the wages of sin are death. Release us, O God, from the bondage of sin and grant us a desire for holiness and righteousness. Let not sin reign in our mortal bodies that we should indulge in its lust. Deliver us, O God, from the stronghold of sin, from the wages of sin, and grant us eternal life. Almighty God, draw us close to You, for if we live without You, we are merely spiritually dead. Father, I pray we will walk in newness of life with Jesus as the anchor of our existence. Amen. (Child of the King).

Be safe. 👏💕🙏
