Spiritually Malnourish

Good morning

Scripture reading: 1 Peter 2:1-3

Worship song: My worship

Meditation:

Being spiritually malnourished indicates a deficiency in the essentials our spirit needs for growth and strength. Just as our bodies require adequate nutrition, our spirit man demands sustenance from God to function adequately. When we neglect our spiritual diet, we risk becoming weak, weary, and disconnected from our faith. Spiritual malnourishment can result from inadequate intake of the divine nutrients needed to nourish our spirits. This situation has led to many becoming weaker and weaker in their faith.

Many Christians experience spiritual malnourishment because they neglect prayer, fail to spend time in the word, and do not meditate on God's teachings. A lack in any area of our spiritual life can lead to feelings of hopelessness, decreased faith, and loss of trust. To be spiritually nourished we must commit to daily meditation on the word of God, engage in fervent prayer, and submit to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Addressing these challenges requires obedience, commitment, dedication, and determination to be effective stewards of God's divine purpose.

 Let us pray:

Merciful, wonderful Savior, my redeemer and friend, I exalt you, O Lord; you are truly worthy to be praised. Almighty God, I declare that as we labor, we will not labor only for the things that perish. Lord, we will continue to seek spiritual nourishment by feasting on your word until our soul is satisfied. Break every stronghold that binds us and remove the distractions that do not contribute to our spiritual growth. As we seek to satisfy our physical appetite, may we earnestly seek to pursue and consume the meals you have prepared for us to grow spiritually. Almighty God, I proclaim a change in our hearts and a renewed appetite for the things associated with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Shalom. ✌🙏

  1. Blessed morning. God is faithful. I will bless thee oh Lord, I will bless thee oh Lord, with a heart of thanksgiving,
I will bless thee oh lord. Loving God, thank You for Your Word and the truths it contains. I pray that like David, I would bless You at all times and in all circumstances. I pray that I may develop an attitude of grateful thanks and worshipful praise in every area of my life - no matter how mundane the task may be. I pray that in all things and at all times, I would seek to glorify You. Help me always to have an attitude of gratitude and to thank you for being in my life in every season. Amen. Stay Blessed. 🙌

  2. The one invited into a home is considered special guest because not everyone receive such opportunity. As pertaining to our Lord no one should not hesitate to let Him in. Lives are made different today because of Him, if it was not so there would be more murders, and many such others. Once we let Him in, let us not let Him out. Have a bless day my wonderful friend. ❤️❤️🙏🙏
