Every Soul Matters

Meditation:

    Every soul is valuable in God's eyes; your worth does not diminish or change based on wealth, talent, or worldly success. Jesus teaches us that an individual's soul is more precious than all the material wealth and worldly power. In the book of Ezekiel, God affirms that every human soul belongs to Him and warns that the soul that sins shall be cut off. It is not God's desire for any person to suffer spiritual destruction, but rather for all individuals to repent and attain redemption. Jesus posed a very profound question that truly commands our attention: "What will it profit us if we gain the whole world and lose our soul? Or what shall we give in exchange for our soul?" 

    We are precious because we were redeemed at a great cost paid by Christ our Redeemer. Therefore we must honour God with our bodies and souls which belong to Him. Each soul has immeasurable worth in God’s eyes. He took great delight in forming man from the dust of the earth,h and then breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, making man a living soul. We are called to live with accountability, ensuring our inner selves reflect God's divine purpose. 

Let us pray:

    Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. I will praise You, O God; with my whole heart will I glorify You. I surrender all on the altar of sacrifice to embrace You as my Lord and King. My heart, mind, body, and soul belong to You, for I was created in Your image and likeness for Your divine purpose. Father, I give You total authority over my heart and soul. As the deer pants after the water brook, so my soul longs for You, O God. Fill my soul with the eternal peace of Your presence, and refresh my spirit with Your unchanging truth. 

    Almighty God, may every soul find eternal rest in You; turn away from worldly pleasures, repent, and embrace Your divine salvation. Let us not seek to perish with earthly possessions, but rather accept Your sacrificial offering so that our souls may be preserved. I pray that everyone recognizes that their soul is more valuable than worldly treasures and surrenders fully to You, O God. Spirit of the living God, preserve our souls, and guide us with Your mighty hand. In the name of our precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

    Humans are not object or inanimate things. Everyone matters, life matters but often some people lost their empathy, the understanding for the value of each life. We pray that they will have a conscience awakening. Prayer changes things and the day anyone doubt this, they loose their compus for Prayer.

Good morning Scripture reading: St. Matthew 5:17-48 Worship song: Make It Right \\ Meditation:      Have you heard the saying that "things and time change, and what applied and worked for past generations does not work for today's generation"? Even if there is any truth to that, the Word of God remains unchanged; it never changes, and His law remains the same. The Constitution of Jamaica or any other country can be amended or appealed, but the Bible cannot be altered or revoked; its truth is permanent and eternal. Good morning Scripture reading: Philippians 3:12-15 Hymn: I am pressing on   Meditation:      The Apostle Paul, a highly influential witness of Jesus Christ and dedicated preacher of the gospel, faced numerous trials, suffering, and persecution. Despite imprisonment and persecution for spreading the gospel, he remained steadfast and committed to fulfilling his divine purpose. Paul continued his mission to serve, seek, and minister to those who needed to know about Jesus Christ. He was not afraid to venture into dangerous territories. Bound by Shackles

Good morning Scripture reading: Mark 5:1-20 Praise song: Shackles Are Broken   Meditation;      Several years ago, the Court Administration Division (CAD) summoned me to serve as a juror. Nothing has touched me more deeply than seeing prisoners entering the courtroom chained together with shackles on their hands and feet. In that moment, I realized that serving in such a role was not something I was mentally prepared to do, so I kindly petitioned to be excused.       Observing the state of confinement prompted me to ponder the shackles that have restricted us spiritually. I reflected on the factors we permitted to dominate our minds and hinder us from experiencing the freedom and blessings of Almighty God.
