Thou of Little Faith

Good morning

Scripture reading: Matthew 14:22-33

Worship Song: Didn't I Walk on The Water

Meditation:

Displaying exceptional faith and courage, Peter stepped onto the water's surface at Jesus's command. But when he saw the fierce wind and boisterous waves, fear conquered his faith, causing him to sink as he took his eyes off Jesus. Like Peter, we often start with unwavering faith but panic and succumb to fear, anxiety, and worry the moment we encounter difficult challenges. Fear will prevail where we fail to acknowledge Jesus' sovereignty and power to overcome the impossible.

The apostles marveled at Jesus' power and sovereignty, but he promised they would one day perform even mightier deeds than his. Beloved, remember the wonder-working power of Christ and trust in His hand. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and do not fear or tremble, for He who calms the sea and quenches the fiery furnace can calm the giants in and around us. Be reminded that the mountains quake, the hills melt like wax, and the raging sea stands still in the presence of the Lord. Do you have any mountains that seem impossible to surmount? Trust in the Lord and do not rely on your own understanding. In every way, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.

Let us pray:

Adonai, Alpha and Omega, I worship you, O Lord, in spirit and truth because you are worthy to be praised. Mighty God, mighty in battle, I worship and adore you. Father, you are the God who does wonders, so into your hands we, your people, surrender doubts, fears, anxiety, and worries. Almighty God, paralyze and nullify every Goliath that threatens to overpower us and every giant hindering our progress in life. Father, help us to walk by faith and not by sight. Conquer every weak spirit with us, neutralize every other spirit that is warring against the Holy Spirit, and empower us to overcome and triumph over every giant, over every situation that seeks to challenge our faith. Almighty God, nullify every compelling spirit that is set up to destroy our faith and trust in you, God. Confound the plans of the adversary and intercept every missile launch from his camp. Father, I give you thanks for slaying the Goliaths that stand against us and for slaying all the giants that oppress those who call upon you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

Wishing you a wonderful day. Shalom. 👏✌🙏

  1. We realized that there is unlimited power deposited in us through the Holy Spirit but failure to succeed is because we fail to use it. May this day be confident and use that which God have given to us to overcome. All we ever needed He have provided. Faith not fear. Blessings.
