Meditation:

    The Weather Channel provides critical updates to help the public navigate daily activities and safety risks. In response to shifting climate patterns, people are increasingly adapting their clothing choices to protect their bodies from the effects of extreme weather. Just as we actively safeguard our physical bodies from harm, we must treat the protection of our spiritual well-being as an immediate priority. 

    Divine protection covers you from the snare of the fowler, from the noisome pestilence, and from every weapon of the enemy. True divine protection is only fully realized by those who live circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise. When you are walking contrary to God’s will, you reject His covering, leaving you defenseless against spiritual attack. Turning away from God and embracing ungodly ways causes you to lose spiritual focus, making you vulnerable to the enemy. To regain divine protection, change your direction and return to the Lord, he will restore your protective covering and preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore. Be proactive and put on the whole armor of God to prevail against the fiery darts of the enemy.

Let us pray:

    Almighty God, my shield and hiding place, I surrender my spiritual well-being to you, O God. Father, I choose to walk circumspectly as I commit to living a life focused on eternal principles rather than temporary pleasures. Shield me, O God, from the fiery darts of the enemy and grant me divine protection for the days are evil and full of trouble. Into your hands, Lord God, I surrender my life, my family, friends, and neighbors, requesting comprehensive protection from the enemy's attack. Keep us safe, O God, for in You we take refuge. Build a wall of protection around us, and lead us in the righteous path for Your name's sake. I pray, O God, that Your Holy Spirit touches the hearts of those walking away from You, leading them to repentance through Jesus Christ. Amen.

Good morning Scripture reading: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Worship song: Thank You Lord   Meditation:      Recognizing God's goodness in all circumstances empowers us to appreciate the seemingly insignificant things in life.   Very gingerly, the homeless man laid out his bedding at the side of the business place in the freezing cold. With just a thick blanket to lie on and another to cover up, he settled into his long pants and jacket, looking perfectly comfortable. Good morning Scripture reading: Esther 6 -7 Worship song: God Favors Me   Meditation:      When God is for you, who can stand against you? Trusting in God's sovereignty, Mordecai prayed and fasted, allowing the Lord to deliver justice and repay Haman for his wicked plots. In a stunning twist of fate, Haman was summoned by King Ahasuerus to personally lead a parade for Mordecai, shouting out the very praises he had planned for himself. Haman's evil plot to destroy Mordecai was reversed.
