I Can Only Imagine

Good morning

Scripture reading: Revelation 4:10-11

Worship song: I Can Only Imagine

Meditation:

Bart Millard, born December 1, 1972, is an American singer and songwriter, renowned as the frontman of the multi-platinum Christian rock band MercyMe. The Biographical film 'I Can Only Imagine' narrates his true life story, which focuses on his abusive childhood, a shattered football dream, his father's terminal illness, and the profound spiritual miraculous redemption of his abusive father. In grappling with the loss of his father, Bart expressed his grief through the iconic song "I Can Only Imagine,"  envisioning the heavenly peace his father was experiencing.

Apostle contrasts the limitations of human perception by affirming Isaiah's prophetic declaration that human eyes, ears, and minds cannot fathom the glorious destiny God has prepared for those who love Him. Jesus has gone ahead to prepare a place for us, promising that where He is, you shall be also. However, this journey requires spiritual renewal and a receptive heart. If you find yourself in a season of darkness and feel confined by your circumstances, fix your eyes on Jesus. Rest in the assurance of His eternal promises and the sure hope of a better, peaceful future.

Let us Pray:

Everlasting Father, we humbly cast our crowns before Your throne, for You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory, honor, and power, for You have created all things, and for Your pleasure they are and were created. In Your presence, there is fullness of joy; at Your right hand, there are pleasures forevermore. Almighty God, we entrust our grief, pain, emotional, physical, and spiritual exhaustion into Your loving arms, trusting in Your power to lift our heavy burdens. We wholeheartedly thank You for the promise of a better home where the saints will join with the angels in eternal worship before Your throne. Amen.

Wishing you a wonderful day. 👏💕🙏
