Meditation:

    The psalmist, David, faced many challenges and enemies. During his reign, he encountered numerous adversaries, including King Saul, whom he had helped defeat the Philistine giants who opposed Israel. David was not afraid of the host that encamped against him, because he firmly trusted in the God he served. In spite of the numerous trials that hampered his journey, his unwavering faith in God enabled him to persevere through every tribulation and emerge victorious over his adversaries. Through it all, David trusted God and built a relationship with Him. 

    Through it all, David relied on God, built a close relationship with Him, and learned to depend solely on His guidance. David's sole desire was to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of his life. He trusted God and believed that He would shield him from all his enemies. By fully entrusting our struggles to God, we can rise above adversity and achieve victory over our circumstances and the adversary. In all situations, put your faith and trust in God, and He will shelter you in His secret pavilion during times of trouble. 

Let us pray:

    My rock and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust, I am grateful for your sustaining grace and mighty hand that shields us amid life's storms. Sovereign Lord, I praise You with all my heart. I thank You for Your abundant blessings, unfailing promises, and glorious victories. Rock of ages, I thank you for your constant protection from those who seek to destroy us. I pray, O God, that no matter what we face, we will boldly trust and confide in You, the all-knowing, omnipresent God whose wisdom and power far exceed all others. Father, I depend on You completely, knowing I cannot succeed without Your divine help. Hide us from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquities. We solely depend on you, Heavenly Father, to guide, deliver, protect, and shield us from all unforeseen dangers. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Enemy Was Crushed

Good morning Scripture reading: Exodus 14:21-30 Worship song: Let Your Power Fall   Meditation:      The most stubborn and hardened heart can shatter under the crushing weight of profound tragedy. God gave Moses specific instructions to speak to Pharaoh and demand the release of the children of Israel, but Pharaoh stubbornly refused. The tragic loss of Pharaoh's firstborn son broke his stubbornness, compelling him to end the enslavement of the children of Israel. Nonetheless, his immediate remorse prompted him to deploy his army to pursue them.       Upon realizing their enemies were in pursuit, the Israelites panicked and rebelled against Moses. These flights offer a premium level of service and comfort that the average traveler typically does not experience. We are all required to choose one of the two available first-class flights.       There is one first-class flight destined for Paradise, for the born-again, faith-believing, sanctified, and redeemed who accept and acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord. Happy Father’s Day Good morning   Scripture reading: St. Luke 15:11-32 Song: How Deep The Father’s Love For Us   Meditation:      The compelling narrative in St. Luke 15 highlights the unconditional love and sincere compassion of a father for his children. The younger son's disrespectful request for his inheritance and his reckless lifestyle choices made his father's arms open wide to receive him. His father taught him moral principles, but all that he had learned was overshadowed by the extravagant lifestyle he adopted in the foreign country.
