Meditation:

    Rebooting your computer once per week facilitates optimum performance by clearing the memory and deleting temporary files, thereby enhancing speed and reducing lag issues. One of the reasons our computers do not work properly is that a file is corrupted. Similarly, unresolved errors and past failures can burden us, depleting our energy and hindering our best performance. Surrendering all to Jesus takes away that burden, bringing genuine peace and rest. 

    Unconfessed sins contaminate the mind and diminish our spiritual strength, leaving us with a guilty conscience that obstructs the development of a personal relationship with God. Periodically, believers require a spiritual reboot. This process acts as a spark that refreshes the soul through deep repentance, prayer, divine intervention, and meditation on the Word. 

    Daily repentance of known and unknown sins frees our hearts and restores our pure spiritual state before God. We are reminded daily not to conform to the patterns of this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, thereby embracing God’s perfect will. 

    Focus your mind on heavenly things, truth, honesty, and purity. Dwell not on past occurrences or consider old matters. Clear your heart's cache to remain free from guilt and sin.

Let us pray:

    Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that we sinned against You in thoughts, actions, and deeds, and have fallen short of Your glory. Lord, we need a spiritual reboot. Forgive us, Lord, of all iniquities. Have mercy on us according to Your steadfast love and tender mercies. Erase our transgressions, O God; wash and cleanse us from all ungodliness. Please remove confusion, unforgiveness, bitterness, envy, and strife. Wash our hearts clean, and renew a right spirit deep within us. We surrender our will to You and ask for Your help to relinquish worries, fixing our gaze on You, as we transition in newness empowered by Your grace, the peace of God, and divine strength. Restore unto us the joy of Your salvation and uphold us with Your free Spirit. In the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

    He's restoring what I thought was lost and healing what I couldn't fix. Blessed morning. Heavenly Father,You are the great Physician and the Lord who heals. Your word in Jeremiah 30:17 promises, "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds."Lord, I come to You today asking for Your healing touch on my body, my mind, and my spirit. Fix what is broken, take away the pain, and replace my weakness with Your strength.Heal the deep wounds, both the ones that people see and the silent hurts no one else knows about. Remind me that I am never alone, and fill my heart with hope and peace for each new day. In Jesus name. Amen. Stay blessed. 🙌🏾

    Well said. Once we practice the things we know and keep doing them our lives will grow in a discipline way. Keeping watch on our lifestyle is a ditterence to anything that will contaminate us. Let us be vigilant. 🙏🙏
