New Year's Day Prayer

Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Let us pray:

    Loving Savior, we thank you wholeheartedly for your divine blessings, mercy, grace, and unconditional love. We worship and adore you, O God, expressing sincere gratitude for allowing us to see this new year. God of a second chance, we have faltered, we have abused our power and have stepped out of your will. As we look inward and examine our hearts, we recognize how easily we allowed the distractions of the world to steal the precious time that was meant for communion with you. We are guilty, O God, of conforming to the world's patterns. 

    In repentance, we come before You, Lord, acknowledging our error in prioritizing worldly influences over Your divine will and our failure to give You sincere praise. Father, we place the days, weeks, months, and the years ahead in your hands and give you dominion power over our choices, decisions, and plans. Lord, we offer ourselves as vessels to be remolded and renewed by You, seeking a transformation of our mindsets and a redirection of our path back to You. We embrace Your divine power, desiring to draw nearer and cultivate an unbreakable relationship. May Your light shine brightly within us and through us, so that others may come to know You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen. (Child of the King).

    Lead us oh Lord and we will follow, anywhere you open up the door. Thy word is a light unto our path, you being the light that shineth on our path, help us to follow. 🙏🙏

Good morning Scripture Reading: Ephesians 4:30-32  Worship Song: Here's My Heart   Meditation:      A minister once said we mask bitterness as memory, defend it as justice, and store it as debt owed. Bitterness is like residue that builds up over time from accumulated anger, resentment, pain, or perceived unfairness, ultimately leading to unforgiveness. Consider bitterness as a plant with its leaves looking green but its root is rotting from fungal infection. Eventually, the entire plant will collapse. You can be called, gifted, and anointed, ministering and winning souls for the Kingdom of God, but still foster a heart of bitterness.       The Apostle Paul boldly urges us in Ephesians 4:31 to put away all bitterness and wrath. Good morning Scripture reading: Esther 4 Worship song: Hear my Cry, O Lord   Meditation:      Deeply disturbed by Mordecai sitting at the King's gate in mourning apparel, Queen Esther immediately sent him new clothes to replace his sackcloth, but he refused the garment. She later discovered his actions were a public display of grief over a written royal decree instigated by Haman to destroy all Jews. Too often, we jump to conclusions and hasten to judge, criticize, or condemn others' actions without awareness of their motives.       After uncovering the truth, Queen Esther initiated a mandatory three-day fast for all the Jews, declaring that she would break the protocol and enter the King's chamber, fully prepared to accept the fatal consequences that might follow.   Mordecai's act of public disgrace and Esther's bravery, led to transforming a hopeless, situation into a miraculous victory for the Jewish people.     ...

Good morning Scripture Reading: Romans 8:26-31 Worship Song: God Will Work It Out   Meditation:      It is a misconception that accepting Jesus removes all life's problems; the reality is that faith brings inner peace and spiritual growth, not an easy, trouble-free life. In this world, we will be tested by the enemy, and we will have tribulation, but we must remain courageous and be of good cheer for he who dwells within us has overcome the world.
