Meditation:

    It appears that individuals are experiencing difficulty in accepting their physical appearance. The highest priority seems to be placed on their physical looks, leading them to invest heavily in their appearance and pursue radical changes to attain their ideal body. Many deplete worldly resources striving to reconstruct their outer appearance; however, true beauty is discovered when we permit the Creator to reshape our inner soul. There is nothing inherently wrong with enhancing outward appearance, as caring for one's physique constitutes self-love. 

    Nonetheless, when individuals go to extremes to alter and modify what God has created to satisfy their ego, it reflects negative self-image and lack of appreciation. Our genuine need is not physical remodeling, but rather deep inner renewal and a profound spiritual awakening. Do not seek to blend in with the world or conform to worldly standards, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is good, acceptable, and the perfect will of God. 

    The most significant transformation is surrendering one's life to Jesus Christ, which is the only true makeover that humanity requires. We all need a profound spiritual renewal, so let us surrender to God's transformative power within. True beauty originates from within and radiates outward. Only God possesses the power to change us without altering our physical appearance.

Let us pray:

    Everlasting Father, my Creator and Maker, I humbly bow before You with reverence. Almighty God, You are the potter, and we are the clay. We beseech You to mold and fashion us into Your own likeness for Your ultimate glory. Fortify our spirits, O God, and guide us to embrace our bodies with a thankful heart. Mighty God, root out and remove anything within us that You have not planted, and eliminate everything that does not align with Your divine will. Heavenly Father, we seek a spiritual transformation that liberates us from our former way of living. Help us put away the speech, habits, and lifestyles of our past selves that we may walk fully in Your new creation. Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within us. Father, we exchange our ways and thoughts for that which pleases You. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. Amen.

However, on the day of Jesus’ trial, they set aside their differences and united in their decision to condemn an innocent man, thereby becoming allies in their pursuit. Good morning Scripture reading: 1 Samuel 1:12-15 Worship song: Humble Thyself In The Sight..   Meditation:      The enemy uses the cunning strategy of misunderstanding to sow discord, foster division, and disrupt our peace. Human misconceptions serve as a deceptive wedge, misrepresenting our true intentions and creating rifts that may lead to mistrust and fractured friendships. Hannah, in her anguish, went to the house of the Lord and poured out her soul in prayer. She prayed with intense fervor, humbling herself as she expressed her needs before the Lord.
