Thanksgiving Prayer

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. Psalm 100:4-5

 Let us pray:

    Mighty God, I exalt You above all others, for You alone deserve the highest praise. My heart rejoices as I look back with deep thanks. My heart rejoices as I reflect with deep gratitude. Thank You for guiding every step of my journey and safely bringing me thus far. Abba, Father, we thank You for Your fresh anointing, daily provision, protection, spiritual gifts, and divine guidance. Thank You, Lord, for preserving our souls, shielding us from danger, and safeguarding us from the adversary. We praise You, Heavenly Father, for Your merciful willingness to forgive our transgressions. 

    Heavenly Father, we are genuinely grateful for the numerous challenges You have assisted us in overcoming, the many rivers we have crossed, the mountains we have ascended, and the storms You have calmed. Almighty God, with gratitude, we thank You for blessing us with Your peace, contentment, and perseverance in all our endeavors. We offer sincere thanks for our daily intake of oxygen and fresh air, healing, deliverance, destiny helpers, guarding angels, restoration, breakthroughs, health, strength, Your holy Word, and for sending the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, as our guide. 

    Most importantly, Almighty God, I thank You for Your unwavering, unconditional love towards us and for sending Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for the remission of our sins, enabling us to have life and have it more abundantly. Thank You, Heavenly Father, for Your unlimited grace and tender mercies which are renewed each day. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.

Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 7:11-17 Worship song: I Will Serve Thee   Meditation:      Grieving the loss of a loved one can be one of the most painful experiences you will ever have to endure. Having to lay a loved one to rest, especially someone young, vibrant, kind, loving, trustworthy, and adorable, can leave you shattered and devastated. One can only imagine the emotional impact and sorrow experienced by the widow, who lost not only her husband, but also her only son.       The procession was no doubt a very mournful one as the widow bemoaned her only son while trying desperately to cope with the heart-rending impact of a tragic loss. Good morning Scripture reading: 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Worship song: Ready or not   Meditation:      Sin is defined as acting or behaving in a manner that does not conform to God’s character or commands. As it is written, whosoever sins transgresses against the law of God. Sin is an inevitable aspect of humans' lifestyle; however, to enter the Holy City, the New Jerusalem prepared for the righteous, one must be washed and sanctified in the blood of the Lamb. No individual bearing the stain of sin will be allowed to enter the New Jerusalem.       Heaven is a sacred place, filled with glory and grace. All within its gate are purified from defilement. Only those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life will gain admittance through the pearly gate.
