Let Us Love One Another
Good morning
Scripture reading: 1 John 4:7-21
Worship song: United in Jesus Christ
Meditation:
In His infinite wisdom, God demonstrated His unconditional love by sending His only Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins and to redeem us from the power of evil. Jesus commands us to follow this example by loving one another with genuine, selfless, and sacrificial action, not merely with words. A believer who has experienced a profound spiritual awakening and the transformative power of divine, unconditional love understands how to effectively interact with and serve others with compassion, patience, and humility.
We express our love for God by loving the people around us. To
demonstrate the love of God, we must show kindness towards all individuals,
including those who are against us, while endeavoring to maintain spiritual
unity through peaceful relationships. This kind of united love will be the
sign to the world that we are truly followers of Jesus Christ. Now is the
accepted time for us to be united in love reflecting God's unconditional love
as one body in Christ. Let us love each other without condition for love is a
perfect gift from God.
Let us pray:
Almighty God, we are extremely grateful to be redeemed by
your unconditional love. As followers of Christ, may we, O God, live in
accordance with Christ's teaching and demonstration to love one another as He
has loved us. Almighty God, may we see beyond physical and outward appearances,
acknowledging everyone as your unique creation. Strengthen us, Lord, as your royal priesthood, with your divine love, overflowing with compassion, kindness, and abundant mercy for every soul. Most of all, Lord God,
empower our daily lives with divine love so we may live in unity and
demonstrate the genuine love of Christ. We pray, Eternal God, for the grace to
unite in perfect love, that we may demonstrate Your unconditional love here on
earth, through Jesus Christ our Redeemer. Amen.
Wishing you a joyful day.
Whenever anything goes wrong it is a sign that love is lacking in some degree. Love cover a multitude of sin. One of the thing that many does not realize is, love grows when exercise. The Lord is not going to pour more love into us like pouring water in a bucket, we have more love when we show it not in words only but in deeds. Let us love a little more everyday. ❤️❤️❤️
