Letting Go And Let God

Good morning

Scripture reading: 1 Peter 5: 6-7

Worship song: Let Go

Meditation:

When faced with difficulties or a pressing issue we cannot resolve, we tend to become agitated and unsettled. The inability to change a situation immediately leads to worry, anxiety, and frustration. We often forget that God is fully aware of our situations and has the power to change them. By placing our trust in Almighty God rather than our own strength, we unlock divine, boundless potential that far exceeds our highest hopes or requests. God is powerful enough to do exceedingly, abundantly more than we can ever ask or think.

When we trust God and seek his divine power and use the spiritual authority He has given us, we can command our obstacles to move, and they will. Today, if you are faced with a burning issue, let go and let God. When you are faced with a challenging circumstance, be still, knowing that God is capable. Cast your cares upon Him for He cares for you. When things seem out of control, let go and let God. When you are tempted to worry about situations that you have no control over, let go and let God. When you are going through the storm, let go and let God. Let God have His way in your life every day. He is the master with the perfect plan, and his plan never fails.

Let's pray:

Almighty God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, how marvelous is your work in all the earth? Wonder, working God, the only wise God, the Omnipresent, omniscient, Omnipotent God, who knows and sees everything, I place every situation that we encounter, every worry, every fear, and the spirit of anxiety into your hands. Father, we relinquish our need to control the unknown and place our trust in Your power to do what we cannot. Lord, you know the plans you have for us, so Lord, whenever we are tempted to worry about the things we cannot control, remind us that you are in charge of our destiny and hope is found in Jesus. Father, when our hearts are troubled, remind us to believe in you, the only wise God, for only you can deliver us out of all our troubles. Remind us, O God, that he who began a good work in us will bring it to completion. Jehovah God, we are laying down every worry, fear, distraction, and limitation that hinders us. We surrender our lives to you entirely, asking that your perfect plan, rather than our own, be done in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Wishing you a blessed day. Be safe. 👏💕🙏
