A time of refreshing is a promised state of spiritual renewal, restoration, and profound hope promised to individuals seeking a deeper, more intimate relationship with God. This salvation is possible upon the acceptance of Jesus Christ as the prophesied Messiah. Those who refused Jesus faced judgment as a result of their own decision and are already condemned. The final consequence for individuals who decline salvation and the invitation to change their ways is eternal condemnation.       Anyone who disregards Jesus and his teachings will face severe punishment for their actions. Good morning Scripture Reading: Matthew 18:1-5 Worship Song: Cry For Humility   Meditation:      When the disciples asked who the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven is, Jesus gently taught them that true greatness isn't about power but about humility. He explained that to enter the Kingdom, requires us to become like little children. Jesus taught two fundamental principles required to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The principles of conversion and remaining humble emphasized the need for meekness and surrendered obedience to God, much like a child's trusting dependence.       Conversion involves a shift in perspective and a change in desire, moving away from worldly pursuits and aligning oneself with God's will. And to be humble is to display meekness or modesty in behavior, attitude, or spirit, not arrogance or pride. Rahab resided in Jericho, a city known for its strong pagan worship, during the time when the Israelites, led by Joshua, were preparing to conquer the land of Canaan. She is highlighted as someone who hid the Israelites' spies demonstrating her faith in God. There is absolutely nothing we can do to avoid being tempted, and none of us is exempt from being beguiled. Satan is crafty and cunning, so much so that he thought he could beguile the Son of God. The only power Satan has over us is temptation; when confronted with a situation that appeals to our human desires, we are all capable of succumbing to that pressure.       Temptation is not easy to resist, but God's promise assures us that we will not be tempted above that which we can endure. The passage from scripture illustrates the principle of not judging by outward appearances. Good morning Scripture: Genesis 3 Praise song: Order My Steps   Meditation:      God created the first humans, Adam and Eve, giving them dominion and free will, but with one prohibition: not to eat from the forbidden tree. When they disobeyed this specific command, they broke their covenant with God, which ultimately led to the Fall of Man. Their act of disobedience, damaged humanity's relationship with God, bringing about a condition of inherited sinfulness and intensified suffering for all mankind.        As earthly inhabitants, we have transgressed God's laws, altered His ordinances, and broken His everlasting covenant.
