Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. Psalms 48:1-2

Let us pray:

    Merciful, Wonderful Saviour, great are you, Lord, and greatly to be praised. There is none as great as you, Lord. I will lift my voice in gratitude, O God, and praise you for your goodness; you are gracious, full of compassion, slow to anger, and abounding in mercies. I will sing of your unsearchable greatness, which far exceeds our wildest imagination. You speak into the darkness, and light appears. Lord, I praise you for your awesome power; you commanded the dust of the ground to form man, breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and he became a living soul. Lord, you are undeniably the God of Impossibilities; you command the elements and control their actions. Your infinite and creative power points to the complexity of the natural resources we enjoy. 

    Sovereign God, I praise you for your goodness, which is demonstrated in your unconditional love, grace, mercies, and provision. You, O God, are excellent in all the earth; from the rising of the sun until the going down, you are worthy to be praised. I exalt you, Lord, and I glorify you for everything you have created, for the life lessons you have taught us, and for the legacy you have established. Thank you, Lord God, for your sacrificial offering for our freedom. Thank you for your shed blood, which cleanses us from sin. I am grateful for your unwavering love. I beseech you, Lord, to preserve me, for I confidently place my trust in you. Thank you, God, for everything in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Death of The Wicked

Good morning Scripture reading: Ezekiel 33: 1-20 Praise song: Only a Look   Meditation:      All of us have an appointment with death, which we cannot cancel, for all must die. Nevertheless, there is a difference between the death of the sinner and the death of the redeemed. When the redeemed die, they will one day be resurrected to eternal life, but the ungodly to eternal torment in the lake of fire prepared for Satan and his cohorts of darkness. While Jesus was speaking to his disciples, he cautioned them not to fear those who destroy the body, but rather to fear him who can destroy both soul and body.        Those who die in Christ should not fear death, for death is not their final destiny. Seeking The Lost at Any Cost

Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 15:1-7 Worship song: Ninety and Nine   Meditation:      After an extensive search for a misplaced document that held significant importance, I experienced an overwhelming amount of frustration and anxiety. Finally, I decided to discontinue the search and reluctantly accepted the possibility of its loss, though I remain hopeful. Reflecting on this experience, I imagine the Lord's feelings when the ones he loved turn away from him and refuse to surrender. When we resist his call, we must remember we are precious and valuable in God's sight and his love is unconditional. His desire for us is for us to turn from our sinful ways and seek Him earnestly.       God takes no pleasure in the demise of the ungodly and does not wish for anyone to perish in their transgressions. Good morning Scripture reading: Romans 12:1-2 Worship song: Change My Heart Oh God   Meditation:      It is important to realize that our minds can be profoundly influenced by the performance, attitude, moral standards, conduct, actions, and spoken words of others, whether negatively or positively. When we allow ourselves to be persuaded by flattery, praise, and compliments, we risk letting our lives be fashioned by others' opinions instead of our convictions. We must remember that Satan is a master of manipulation, seeking to invade and control our thoughts to influence our actions. We must be able to discern and recognize deceptive influences.       When we focus our minds on Christ, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will safeguard our minds.
