Rejoice Better Days are Coming

Thy testimonies have I taken as a heritage forever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart. Psalms 119:111

Testimony:

    It is so sweet to trust in Jesus, just to trust his cleansing blood, to take him at his word, to depend on him, and to believe in his promises. There is never a time when I call upon the Lord, and he fails to answer. Whenever I found myself in the valley of decision, and I called on Jesus he answers and shatter my hopeless despair. There are countless recollections of instances where God sent unexpected help to rescue me and instances where God's faithfulness was evidence. 

    God does not cease to amaze me through his miracle, wonder-working power. He guided my footsteps, healed my body, sustained me with daily bread, broke the chains of bondage, liberated me, and put a new song in my heart. Jesus is my provider, my friend, and my guide. He is my shield and butler, the friend that sticks closer than a brother. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, though my enemies encamped around me, I will not fear; for God is with me. 

Let us pray:

    Sovereign Lord, El Shaddai, God Almighty you are everything to me. I stand in gratitude, giving thanks to you, O God, for protecting, providing, healing, delivering, and sustaining grace. Thank you, Lord, for the abundant blessings you bestowed upon me. I may not fully grasp your greatness or the depth of your immense power, but I am rejoicing with gratitude because I am a receiver of your excellent goodness. Thank you, Almighty God, for your grace, mercy, compassion, and unconditional love, and for the spirit of hope that empowers me to navigate life's challenges. Thank You, Lord, for everything you have done to help me, and I pray many more will testify that it is good to surrender to you. Thank you, Lord, for watering my soul and for the freedom to express my faith in you through Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Death of The Wicked

Good morning Scripture reading: Ezekiel 33: 1-20 Praise song: Only a Look   Meditation:      All of us have an appointment with death, which we cannot cancel, for all must die. Nevertheless, there is a difference between the death of the sinner and the death of the redeemed. When the redeemed die, they will one day be resurrected to eternal life, but the ungodly to eternal torment in the lake of fire prepared for Satan and his cohorts of darkness. While Jesus was speaking to his disciples, he cautioned them not to fear those who destroy the body, but rather to fear him who can destroy both soul and body.        Those who die in Christ should not fear death, for death is not their final destiny. Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 15:1-7 Worship song: Ninety and Nine   Meditation:      After an extensive search for a misplaced document that held significant importance, I experienced an overwhelming amount of frustration and anxiety. Finally, I decided to discontinue the search and reluctantly accepted the possibility of its loss, though I remain hopeful. Reflecting on this experience, I imagine the Lord's feelings when the ones he loved turn away from him and refuse to surrender. When we resist his call, we must remember we are precious and valuable in God's sight and his love is unconditional. Good morning Scripture reading: Romans 12:1-2 Worship song: Change My Heart Oh God   Meditation:      It is important to realize that our minds can be profoundly influenced by the performance, attitude, moral standards, conduct, actions, and spoken words of others, whether negatively or positively. When we allow ourselves to be persuaded by flattery, praise, and compliments, we risk letting our lives be fashioned by others' opinions instead of our convictions. We must remember that Satan is a master of manipulation, seeking to invade and control our thoughts to influence our actions.
