Stay Under The Blood

Meditation:

    Throughout the Old Testament scriptures, we read about the shedding of blood, which symbolizes purification and cleansing. The blood of selected unblemished animals, such as bulls, lambs, turtledoves, and young pigeons, were used for the atonement of sin. However, since the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, there is no need for animal sacrifice; Jesus's shed blood is the ultimate sacrifice for the remission of our sins. Through the blood of Jesus, the spotless sacrificial Lamb, we are offered redemption once and for all. 

    When we establish a covenant with Jesus Christ, we are marked by his blood and liberated from the chains and bondage of sin. It is crucial to recognize that salvation is granted only to those who confess, repent, assist, believe, and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Once you accept Christ, sin cannot have dominion power over you. Sin and the prince of this world will lose their grip on you when you come in contact with Jesus. 

    Are you ready to plunge beneath the fountain of Jesus' atoning blood and lose all your guilty stains today? Who the son sets free will be free forever. We are all sinners in need of a savior. Do you need the Saviour? Only Jesus can cleanse, purify, and make us holy.

Let’s pray:

    Sovereign God, I honor You this morning. I lift up your holy name, and thank you, Jesus, for your shed blood. Thank you, Lord, for your atoning blood which is powerful enough to wash, cleanse, and make us whole. I am grateful, Heavenly Father, for the blood that is purified and purges us of every sin contamination and is strong enough to break the yoke of sin in our lives. Lord God Almighty, I acknowledge that no other blood can heal our broken bodies. Mighty God, I am grateful that no blood other than the precious blood of the sacrificial spotless lamb can set our spirits free. Abba Father, I will be forever grateful to you for the redeeming blood of Jesus Christ, our Saviour and King. Amen.

    It is established, nothing but the blood of Jesus can cleanse and make the captive sinner free. There is power in the blood of Jesus Christ. We apply the blood for cleansing. We use the blood to destroy the forces of darkness. It is a very effective source of power with the Holy Spirit and the word. We should never feel powerless at no time.
    Let us recognize the weapons of our warfare and use them, not admire them.
