Meditation:

    Historically, both Pharaoh, the ruler of ancient Egypt, and King Herod, the ruler of Judea, initiated schemes to eliminate all newborn males. Herod's motive was to eliminate the potential rival to his power, believing that the child prophesied to be the king of the Jews was a threat to his reign. Pharaoh's motive was similar to that of Herod. Pharaoh saw the Israelites as a potential threat, thinking that they would join forces with his allies against him. He tried to control their growth by enslaving them and making them serve with rigor. The plot against children is an ongoing dilemma, and many children have lost their lives innocently. 

    Children have the fundamental human rights to be protected and develop to their full potential. They are a heritage of the Lord. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. (Psalm 127:3-5). Children are entrusted to our care by God, and we have a responsibility to nurture and guide them. Every child belongs to God, so be careful how you treat those who are entrusted to you. Parents, guardians, caregivers, neighbors, and people in authority protect the children and watch over them as a hen watch over its young, for they belong to God. They are the future generation.

Let us pray:

    Merciful, wonderful Savior blessed redeemer and friend, we cry unto you, Lord God, on behalf of the children who are wounded, afflicted, and suffering at the hands of the wicked. Father, we plead the blood of Jesus Christ against every evil force crafted against our children. We declare blood coverage over every child, guide their steps, illuminate their path, and grant them wisdom to make sound choices. We commit them into your care and ask for a special layer of divine protection. We beseech you, Almighty God, to dispatch your guarding angels to protect and shield every child from adversity, danger, pedophiles, negative influences, and every form of ungodliness. Lord, lift up a standard against the plans of the adversary. Put a stop order on his evil schemes. Help them to grow in faith, kindness, love, and compassion. I ask for your divine anointing to be poured upon every child; bless their lives with health, happiness, and a future filled with purpose in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Death of The Wicked

Good morning Scripture reading: Ezekiel 33: 1-20 Praise song: Only a Look   Meditation:      All of us have an appointment with death, which we cannot cancel, for all must die. Nevertheless, there is a difference between the death of the sinner and the death of the redeemed. When the redeemed die, they will one day be resurrected to eternal life, but the ungodly to eternal torment in the lake of fire prepared for Satan and his cohorts of darkness. While Jesus was speaking to his disciples, he cautioned them not to fear those who destroy the body, but rather to fear him who can destroy both soul and body.        Those who die in Christ should not fear death, for death is not their final destiny. Seeking The Lost at Any Cost

Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 15:1-7 Worship song: Ninety and Nine   Meditation:      After an extensive search for a misplaced document that held significant importance, I experienced an overwhelming amount of frustration and anxiety. Finally, I decided to discontinue the search and reluctantly accepted the possibility of its loss, though I remain hopeful. Reflecting on this experience, I imagine the Lord's feelings when the ones he loved turn away from him and refuse to surrender. When we resist his call, we must remember we are precious and valuable in God's sight and his love is unconditional. Good morning Scripture reading: Romans 12:1-2 Worship song: Change My Heart Oh God   Meditation:      It is important to realize that our minds can be profoundly influenced by the performance, attitude, moral standards, conduct, actions, and spoken words of others, whether negatively or positively. When we allow ourselves to be persuaded by flattery, praise, and compliments, we risk letting our lives be fashioned by others' opinions instead of our convictions. We must remember that Satan is a master of manipulation, seeking to invade and control our thoughts to influence our actions.
