Wandering Through a Maze
Good morning
Scripture reading: St. John 10:9-16
Worship song: Lead Me, Lord
Meditation:
Instead of succumbing to my fears of heights and avoiding the amusement rides, I boldly chose to navigate the maze. This challenge is designed to test how individuals can identify the correct path to the exit. As I ventured through the dimly lit pathway, I encountered a few dead ends. At one point, I thought I had found my way, only to realize I had taken the wrong turn, leading me back to the bottom of the maze. After navigating many wrong paths, I discovered the exit.
Life is simply a maze of opportunities, and it is
all about making the right choices. We may stumble on the wrong path, choose
poorly, err, and even falter, but through our journeys, we need to remember
that Jesus Christ knows the way. He is eager and able to lead us along the way.
Regardless of whether the path appears straight, narrow, crooked, or rugged,
Jesus knows the way. Jesus does not want us or expect us to walk this path
alone. Many different paths seem right, look right, and feel right, but there
is only one that is right. Jesus Christ is the only door that leads to the path
of salvation. Trust only in Jesus, and He will make your path straight. Let
Jesus lead the way.
Let's pray.
Shepherd of my life, thank you for being the door that guides us on the right path. Keep us alert, Almighty God, aware of the different paths that are potential pathways to eternal damnation. Send us destiny helpers who can lead and guide us in the right direction, those who will help us stay on the narrow path that leads to eternal life. Father, we need your assistance to traverse these challenging highways. Help us, Lord, not to stray from the path of salvation. Father, rescue us from the path of danger and lead us safely through the maze of life.
Almighty God, as we go through
life's maze, remove from us iniquity and sin. Purify and cleanse us beneath the
fountain of your blood, remove our sin-stained garments, and clothe us with
righteous attire. Father, as we stand in your judgment hall, let nothing hinder
our welcome into the promised land in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Amen.
Shalom.
Blessed morning. God is faithful. Pray with me. Search me, O God, and know my heart today. Try me, O Savior, know my thoughts, I pray. See if there be some wicked way in me. Cleanse me from every sin, and set me free. Loving God. I thank you that you are a God of mercy and love. I ask that you search me today. Lord, I know there are areas of my life that require a complete cleanse. There are thoughts and actions that I have done that are not pleasing in your sight, Lord. I thank you for your forgiveness in those areas. I ask that you teach me your ways and how to run from the things that keep me bound. Lead me along the path of righteousness and bring your conviction when I need to do better. I give you full permission to transform me from the inside out. Amen. Stay blessed.🙌🏾
