God Inhabits Our Praises

Scripture Reading: Psalm 100

Worship Song: Every Praise

 


Meditation:

    Throughout the scriptures and especially in the book of the Psalms, we are commanded and encouraged to praise God. Psalm 159:6  says, Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise is the expression of respect, approval, and gratitude as an act of worship. There are many grounds on which praises should be offered, but in everything, no matter the circumstances, whether favorable or unfavorable, whether sorrow or joy, rich or poor, sickness or health, death or life, pain or pleasure, we are asked to give thanks and praises unto God. When the praises go up, the blessings will come down, so let us exalt the Lord at all times and let praise be always on our lips. 

    Let us therefore give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, and make known his noble deeds among the people. Tell of the marvelous and wonderous work he has done and worship Him in the beauty of holiness. From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. Now through Jesus Christ, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise and openly profess among all nations that He is Lord and He is worthy of all honour, glory, and praise.

Let us pray:

    Everlasting Father, with a grateful heart, I glorify your name because you are worthy of praise. Almighty God, I will exalt you and establish your name among my people because you are an awesome God and you deserve the glory. Lord, I will give thanks unto you in all circumstances for you are good and your mercies endure forever. Almighty God, my heart is rejoicing now because I sought you when I was wandering down the broad road and you led me to the narrow path, gave me beauty for ashes, and turned my mourning into dancing. Father, I give you my sacrificial offering of praises for you deserve all of my worship through Jesus Christ. Amen.

    No one should ever think of stealing an ounce of praise from the Lord for even the things that people are being praised for it is through the Lord's blessings and enablement that they are able to perform. Let us give Him the praise due unto His name. 🙏🙏

The Death of The Wicked

Good morning Scripture reading: Ezekiel 33: 1-20 Praise song: Only a Look   Meditation:      All of us have an appointment with death, which we cannot cancel, for all must die. Nevertheless, there is a difference between the death of the sinner and the death of the redeemed. When the redeemed die, they will one day be resurrected to eternal life, but the ungodly to eternal torment in the lake of fire prepared for Satan and his cohorts of darkness. Seeking The Lost at Any Cost

Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 15:1-7 Worship song: Ninety and Nine   Meditation:      After an extensive search for a misplaced document that held significant importance, I experienced an overwhelming amount of frustration and anxiety. Finally, I decided to discontinue the search and reluctantly accepted the possibility of its loss, though I remain hopeful. Reflecting on this experience, I imagine the Lord's feelings when the ones he loved turn away from him and refuse to surrender. When we resist his call, we must remember we are precious and valuable in God's sight and his love is unconditional. Good morning Scripture reading: Romans 12:1-2 Worship song: Change My Heart Oh God   Meditation:      It is important to realize that our minds can be profoundly influenced by the performance, attitude, moral standards, conduct, actions, and spoken words of others, whether negatively or positively. When we allow ourselves to be persuaded by flattery, praise, and compliments, we risk letting our lives be fashioned by others' opinions instead of our convictions. We must remember that Satan is a master of manipulation, seeking to invade and control our thoughts to influence our actions.
