Love Gone Wrong

Meditation:

    The fundamental principles and conditions one is exposed to at a tender age can negatively impact one's lifestyle, causing them to divert and choose a path that displeases God. However, no justification in God's sight will ever justify our ungodly lifestyle choices. Any love that seeks to satisfy only fleshly desires provokes God. God does not have an issue with us loving someone of the same gender, for he has commanded us to love our neighbor as we love ourselves, which is the second greatest command. What God has an issue with is when we entangle ourselves with individuals of the same gender by indulging in sexually promiscuous relationships. 

    God has an issue when we choose to compromise his command and oppose his will by engaging in deeds that he despises. Any love that dishonors God and his command is a love gone wrong that can only be resolved by divine intervention and a willingness to change your mental concept. A love that offers temporary gratification and heartbreak is not from God. A love that is self-seeking and diverts your attention from the biblical teachings and moral principles is not genuine. 

    Genuine love is a gift from God, comes only from God, and is not motivated by lust. God is love, and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Therefore, a man must take unto himself a woman and love her as Christ loves the church and gave himself for it. God's command is clear and concise: only men with women should be joined together in unity and not otherwise. Carefully consider the consequences of your actions before you indulge.

Let us pray:

    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, most holy and righteous loving God, there is a lot of confusion and chaos as people run to and fro seeking to justify their love affair by their ungodly choices. Almighty God, as the strong delusion sweeps across the nation, intervene and intercept the plans of the enemy. Almighty God, open our eyes that we may see the deceptive plans of the enemy, deluding us into finding pleasure in ungodly and unrighteous living. Reveal the hidden secrets, the lies, and the deceitfulness of the enemy, O God, disguised to divert us from biblical principles. Father, I pray for your divine help to divert our attention from self-seeking gain. I declare renewal and transformation of our minds. By your power, Heavenly Father, let your words pierce through our stony hearts and bring us to a place of repentance. Lord, help the helpless, the deceived, and those seeking love in the wrong alley in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Death of The Wicked

Good morning Scripture reading: Ezekiel 33: 1-20 Praise song: Only a Look   Meditation:      All of us have an appointment with death, which we cannot cancel, for all must die. Nevertheless, there is a difference between the death of the sinner and the death of the redeemed. When the redeemed die, they will one day be resurrected to eternal life, but the ungodly to eternal torment in the lake of fire prepared for Satan and his cohorts of darkness. Seeking The Lost at Any Cost

Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 15:1-7 Worship song: Ninety and Nine   Meditation:      After an extensive search for a misplaced document that held significant importance, I experienced an overwhelming amount of frustration and anxiety. Finally, I decided to discontinue the search and reluctantly accepted the possibility of its loss, though I remain hopeful. Reflecting on this experience, I imagine the Lord's feelings when the ones he loved turn away from him and refuse to surrender.
