Meditation:

    Apostle Paul was deeply concerned about the spiritual well-being of all believers. He was aware that traditional human practices and rituals seemed spiritual but were not rooted in Christ's teachings. Paul's concern extended specifically to the believers in the Colossian church and Laodicea, as well as others he had never personally encountered, who were being influenced and misled by false teachers. 

    As a devoted minister of the gospel, Paul tirelessly mentored believers in God's truth. He urged them to anchor their faith firmly in Christ, equipping them to resist being led astray by human traditions, subjective experiences, or deceptive teaching. Paul's protection of believers demonstrates that true spiritual stewardship requires leaders to extend the same genuine care to others' souls as they do to their own, especially to the believers in their care. 

    The Essential teachings of Paul warn us to be aware of those with enticing words, lest we be led away from Christ. He also encouraged believers to establish a relationship with Christ as the ultimate foundation of their existence, ensuring endurance and stability in the face of hardship.

Let us pray:

    Heavenly Father, I am profoundly grateful for your divine direction and wisdom. We thank you wholeheartedly for your inspired word, which is profitable to reprimand, correct, and instruct us in righteousness. We seek your help, Lord, to know the divine mystery of God, which is fully revealed through Christ Jesus. Grant us the spirit of discernment to recognize false teachings and traditions of men that are not aligned with your precepts.  Father, ignite in us a deep hunger for Your Word, to ponder it constantly, day and night. Grant us spiritual discernment to truly grasp its truths and the grace to live them out fully in our daily lives. Empower us, O God, with the spirit of compassion, love, and kindness towards others. Help us do good at all times, especially unto those who are of the household of faith. May we, Lord God, begin to care for others' souls and spiritual growth as deeply as we care for our own through the divine help of the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Good morning Day of Testimony - Great is God's Loyalty. It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. Good morning Scripture reading: Luke 9:23-27 Worship song: Let Me Lose Myself   Meditation:      Committing oneself to be a disciple of Jesus entails dedicating one's entire life to practicing His teachings and following in His footsteps. Self-denial is imperative for every follower of Jesus Christ, requiring us to surrender our fleshly desires and submit them to God's authority. Jesus affirms, "If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me." When we deny ourselves for Christ's sake, we relinquish personal desires and self-will to align our lives with His purpose and embrace His teachings.
