When Faith is Exemplified

By

Good morning

Scripture reading: Proverbs 3:5-6

Worship song: Trust In God

Meditation:

We often trust in pilots and drivers we know little or nothing about, believing in their ability to navigate the vehicle. We entrust strangers to lead us through storms of the air, land, and sea, yet hesitate to place our confidence in the Creator who commands the wind and the storm. We trust ship navigators, assuming they are experienced and capable of guiding us safely. Yet we fail to trust Almighty God, who controls everything. We must acknowledge that the Almighty Creator, who fashioned the heavens and the earth through His supreme power, guarantees that no challenge exceeds His capability.

If we can trust those with limited capability, surely, we can put our faith and trust in the God who forms us in our mother's womb. Surely, we can trust the Lord our God, who rules the nations and fights our enemies on our behalf. The God we follow reigns over the universe and performs the impossible, from healing sickness and physical disabilities to raising the dead. Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard that the everlasting God the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither grows weary?

When life feels overwhelming and spiraling out of control, let us turn to the unstoppable, unshakeable God who holds everything in His hands. Trust in God, the Creator of all, the Lord who fights for us and can turn our hopeless situations around, making the impossible into reality.

Let us pray:

Everlasting Father, who does great and unsearchable, marvelous things, I exalt you, Lord, and thank you wholeheartedly for Your divine power. Lord, I choose to  trust You, O God, the one who knows all our struggles intimately, who can carry us through life's difficult moments, capable of healing every disease, wounded heart, and calming the raging sea. Almighty God, I place my trust in You, relying totally on You to carry us through the wilderness experiences, heal every hurt, right every wrong, and protect us from every attack of the evil one. Lord God, I trust and believe that You will keep us safe and secure. Almighty God, who sits upon the flood, who reigns as King forever, clothe us, Lord, in Your righteousness, and help us remain fervent, knowing that You are God Almighty, powerful, and mighty to pull down every stronghold. Almighty God, our faithful God, we lay down our lives, fears, hopes, and doubts trusting You to lead us through life's journey. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

 Keep safe. 💓👏🙏

We can hold on to faith like a rope or stronger yet like a chain to pull us through the dark circumstances of life, knowing it won't break. Let us walk on through the rain, pain and fustration knowing we will reap the sweet. 🙏🙏

Mighty God, shake the foundation of my fear, overturn it, override it, and replace it with unwavering faith, as I entrust my all in Your capable hands.

Season of Waiting

Good Morning Day of Prayer- Season of Waiting And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days. (Genesis 7:24) Worship song: Eagle's Wings Let us pray:      Everlasting Father, we humble ourselves before You, recognizing that this season of waiting requires our complete dependence on Your divine grace. Deepen our dependence on You, O God, still our anxious hearts, and give us faith to trust the doors You have closed and the ones You will open in Your perfect timing. Teach us, O God, total dependence on You to protect, provide, shield, and sustain us. Lord, we have no control over our destiny or what lies ahead, so we trust You with our lives, our well-being, and our future.       When the destination seems hidden, and the silence is deafening, remind us, O God, that You are working behind the scenes to perfect that which concerns us. While the storm rages and our issues seem unending, remember us, O God, as You remembered Noa...

The Power of Spoken Words

Good morning Scripture reading: Genesis 1:1-2 Worship song: Ancient Words   Meditation:      The old children's rhyme, “ Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words cannot harm me," was first recorded in print in the 19th century. People taught it as a defense mechanism to help kids build resilience, stay calm, and brush off name-calling or verbal bullying. Words are far from harmless. They carry the power to build up or tear down, to heal or wound, and to shape your relationships and futures. The words we speak can train our minds to anticipate and even create the outcome expected. Once we understand the impact of words we can no longer view them as powerless.       Jehovah God revealed the power of words when he spoke creation into existence. God said, Let there be and the element bowed in obedience. God’s word is active and powerful, and cuts sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Our spoken words too carry immense power...

God Has Not Forgotten You

Good morning Scripture reading: Genesis 8 Worship song: I Am Not Forgotten   Meditation:      It is difficult to comprehend the isolation Noah and his family must have experienced as they remained inside the ark, surrounded by water. Nevertheless, although they drifted aimlessly while waiting for the storm to subside, they were never in danger. They were secure, carried safely through the raging tempest, and comforted by the presence of God. After forty days and nights of torrential rain, the land was completely submerged. But God remembered Noah, sent a wind across the earth, and the waters began to recede. God's remembering Noah does not mean that He had forgotten him. Sealed in by God's own hand, they were guarded and kept safe through the entire flood.       When life's storms rage, we may feel abandoned; however, we are reminded that God has not forgotten us amid our trials. God remembers us in our low estate: for His mercy endureth...

Watch Therefore

Good morning Scripture reading: Matthew 24: 42-44 Worship song: People Get Ready   Meditaion:      While Jesus was on a mission with his disciples, he came to a place called Gethsemane and took three of his disciples to pray. Jesus moved a little farther away to pray privately and told them to keep watch. When Jesus returned to the disciples he found them asleep. They were willing to do what was right, but they were weak in the flesh. Jesus implored them to watch and pray, lest temptation befall them.       Though we are bound by the same fleshly weaknesses as the disciples, our sacred responsibility is to preserve a pure heart, watching and waiting for the day of His coming. We are to keep watch, be alert, be ready, be prepared, for the coming of the Lord is sure, and it will happen when we least expect it. Let us serve diligently and fervently because we know not when the Lord will appear. We cannot afford to let down our guard because...
