Hope For The Sinner
Good morning
Scripture Reading: Ezekiel 18: 20-32
Worship Song: There Is Hope In The Lord
Meditation:
The Bible has many intriguing stories of how God transformed the lives of patriots who became mighty men for his glory and purpose. Moses tried to hide a murder by fleeing, yet God found him in the wilderness to deliver Israel. Saul, a brutal persecutor of Christians, was transformed into a servant of the gospel. Even David, a murderer and adulterer, was completely converted by God’s power into a man after His own heart. Time and again, God turns unlikely, flawed individuals into instruments of his purpose. As long as you encounter God, you will never remain the same.
Jehovah God will turn your hardened
heart into a soft, loving one and fill you with a fresh spirit. You are never
too marred with sin that the Lord cannot use you. As long as the wicked turn
from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all the statutes of the Lord
and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die a
spiritual death. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is
his love for those who fear him, and as far as the east is from the west, so
far will he remove our iniquities. Change how you think and act, and turn
toward God, because He doesn't want anyone to perish. When you turn to Him,
your slate is wiped completely clean.
Let us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, mighty one, I am grateful to you for
your grace and mercies which are renewed every morning, great is your
faithfulness unto us, O God. Almighty God, your unconditional love for us far
exceeds our imagination. Almighty God, I praise You for granting us the grace
to turn away from sinful paths and find spiritual refuge in Your presence.
Heavenly Father, I pray that Your grace breaks through to those under the
influence of Satan and his cohort. Intervene in their lives before their own wickedness
consumes them. Turn them toward You, Lord, that they may abandon their evil
plans, find mercy, and avoid the coming judgment. Lord God, grant that we who
believe in You remain grounded in Your grace, focused and anchored by the Holy
Spirit, lest we wander into sin and perish. We give thanks for your mercy,
mediated by our advocate, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Wishing you a peaceful day. ✌💖🙏
