The Everlasting God Is Great

Scripture reading: Isaiah 40

Meditation:

    Knowing that God is great is the beginning of showing reverence and submitting to Him. Almighty God sits upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants are like grasshoppers; this depicts the greatness of our God. He also stretches out the heavens as a curtain and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in. We serve a mighty God, who can do the impossible things in our lives. He made the earth a dwelling place for all things He created. He gives power to the faint and strength to the weary. Jehovah God is greater than all other gods; he has no equal; nothing or no one can be compared to his matchless worth. He is sovereign over all creation; he rules over the earth, the sea, and the dry land. 

    The Everlasting God is greater than all our problems and suffering. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He is greater than we can ever imagine or think. Stop momentarily and think about the trillion strands of hair on our heads, yet God numbers them all. Each strand has a number. As children of God, we should know who our heavenly Father is and give Him the glory due to His name. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must do so in spirit and truth. If you are serving the God of creation, who is great and awesome in power, tell me who can stand against you? Indeed, we are serving an awesome, mighty, great God, so be encouraged and always give Him praise.

Let us pray:

    Abba Father, our great God, I am amazed at your greatness and matchless power. Father, we cannot fathom your greatness, but I recognize that you are the all-knowing God who knows all our deeds and who came to repel sin. You are the only God who conquers death and the grave. Almighty God, I acknowledge that there are no limits or boundaries to Your greatness, for all things are possible through You. Almighty God, I am grateful for bestowing us with blessings beyond measure. Father, I pray that the reflection of your goodness will captivate the minds of the unbelievers, and they will come to know you through the evidence of Christ within us. Mighty God, may you hasten their footsteps and allow them to partake of your grace and goodness. Father, I pray that as children of God, our light will be a reflection within us, guiding souls to Calvary and helping them to recognize and know that, indeed, we serve a great God. Amen.

    Blessed morning. God is faithful. All my life, you have been faithful. All my life, you have been so, so good. With every breath that I am able . I will sing of the goodness of God. Loving Father, I never stop being amazed that You Who, from everlasting to everlasting, has stooped to save and comfort me and to dwell within my heart by faith. Keep me low at the cross and humble before you, develop in me a lowly and contrite heart and revive my spirit within me, I pray. I praise You for Your goodness, Amen. Stay blessed 🙌

Whatever we are exposed to and whoever influences us can positively or negatively impact us. Good morning Scripture reading: Leviticus 16 Worship song: By His wounds   Meditation:      A scapegoat is a goat used in a biblical ritual, described in Leviticus, to achieve atonement and purification for the Israelites.
