Meditation:

    The assurance we have today is that God will faithfully bring to completion everything about our lives and future. He sent His only son, Jesus Christ, not for those who are righteous; but to redeem sinners, restoring us to perfection. He specializes in perfection, giving us beauty for ashes, replacing emotional heaviness with the garment of praise, restoring broken relationships, wounded hearts, and lives marred by sin, transforming a hopeless state into a life of purpose and honor. 

    God specializes in transforming brokenness into a testament of His glory. No matter what challenges you face, God is actively working through all things to fulfill His purpose for your good. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Change is coming and there is no reason to doubt that God will turn things around for us. Let us therefore endorse the psalmist's affirmation that the Lord will perfect that which concerns us.

Let us pray:

    We bow down and worship Yahweh, for you are worthy to be praised. We exalt you King of kings and Lord of all lords. Almighty God, we surrender all our struggles, emotional scars, and lay down our sin-stained garments at the altar of sacrifice this morning. Into your hands we surrender all withholding nothing. We acknowledge you as the God of perfection, working to perfect that which concerns us. Lord, we are depending on you to perfect that which concerns our homes, families, relationships, marriages, careers, ministries, and most of all our spiritual journey. Heavenly Father, we give you thanks for the assurance that all things will work out for our good and your glory through Jesus Christ, our Redeemer. Amen.

    Good morning. Put me where you want to, not where I want to be. If I should ask for things I want, just give me what I need. When I complain from time to time. Forgive me, Lord, I pray. And keep me in Your will. So I won’t be in your way. Pray with me. Loving Lord, please give me strength when I am weak, love when I feel forsaken, courage when I am afraid, wisdom when I feel foolish, comfort when I am alone, hope when I feel rejected, and peace when I am in turmoil. This I ask in Jesus's name. Amen. Stay blessed.🙌🏾

Good morning Scripture reading: St. Luke 23:39-43 Worship song: Jesus In The Middle Save Me   Meditation:      Obedient to his Father's will, He left the splendor of Heaven to bear the collective sins of our transgressions. He endured chastisement, oppression, and affliction and opened not His mouth to rebel. He bore our griefs and sorrow, yet He was rejected and despised.
